Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of perfectsens.com, the PerfectSens app for ChatGPT and its server (the "Service"), operated by Ömer Bilgin Bilgili. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PerfectSens provides free tools to convert mouse sensitivity between games by matching physical mouse distance per 360° turn (cm/360), to compare setups, and to run browser-based aim tests (2D and 3D sensitivity finders, drills and aim labs). The ChatGPT app makes the same tools available inside ChatGPT.
2. Results are estimates
Conversions rely on published or measured game constants and on the DPI and sensitivity you enter; DPI is not detected. Aim-test results are computed from browser input under browser conditions (frame pacing, field of view, input processing) that differ from real games, and are not hardware measurements. Results and recommendations are informational, may contain errors and do not guarantee any in-game performance. Take regular breaks; stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: disrupt or overload the Service or its server; send automated traffic beyond normal use of the tools; try to access systems or data you are not authorised to access; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or misrepresent results produced by the Service as official game data.
4. ChatGPT app
Use of the ChatGPT app is also subject to OpenAI's terms and policies. Answers written by ChatGPT are generated by OpenAI's models, not by PerfectSens; only values returned by PerfectSens tools and result summaries from your own test runs come from the Service. The app needs a desktop mouse and Pointer Lock for aim tests; if ChatGPT does not allow Pointer Lock, the affected test cannot be measured in ChatGPT and can be opened on perfectsens.com instead.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, design, texts and brand are owned by Ömer Bilgin Bilgili. You may use the Service and share your own results. Game names and trademarks (for example Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, Marvel Rivals, THE FINALS, ARC Raiders, PUBG) belong to their respective owners. PerfectSens is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any game publisher or by OpenAI.
6. Advertising and third parties
The website shows ads served by Google AdSense and links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. The ChatGPT app shows no ads.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is free and provided as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including tools, supported games and the ChatGPT app.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ömer Bilgin Bilgili is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, rankings, matches or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Privacy
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Kullanım Şartları
Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Ömer Bilgin Bilgili tarafından işletilen perfectsens.com, ChatGPT için PerfectSens uygulaması ve sunucusunun ("Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Hizmet'i kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Hizmet'i kullanma.
1. Hizmet
PerfectSens; fare hassasiyetini 360° dönüş başına fiziksel fare mesafesini (cm/360) eşleyerek oyunlar arasında dönüştürmek, ayarları karşılaştırmak ve tarayıcı tabanlı nişan testleri (2D ve 3D hassasiyet bulucular, egzersizler ve nişan laboratuvarları) yapmak için ücretsiz araçlar sunar. ChatGPT uygulaması aynı araçları ChatGPT içinde kullanılabilir kılar.
2. Sonuçlar tahmindir
Dönüşümler yayımlanmış veya ölçülmüş oyun sabitlerine ve girdiğin DPI ile hassasiyete dayanır; DPI algılanmaz. Nişan testi sonuçları, gerçek oyunlardan farklı tarayıcı koşullarında (kare zamanlaması, görüş alanı, girdi işleme) tarayıcı girdisinden hesaplanır ve donanım ölçümü değildir. Sonuçlar ve öneriler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır, hata içerebilir ve oyun içi performansı garanti etmez. Düzenli ara ver; ağrı veya rahatsızlık hissedersen dur.
3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersin: Hizmet'i veya sunucusunu aksatmak ya da aşırı yüklemek; araçların normal kullanımını aşan otomatik trafik göndermek; yetkin olmayan sistem veya verilere erişmeye çalışmak; Hizmet'i hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak; Hizmet'in ürettiği sonuçları resmî oyun verisiymiş gibi sunmak.
4. ChatGPT uygulaması
ChatGPT uygulamasının kullanımı ayrıca OpenAI'ın şartlarına ve politikalarına tabidir. ChatGPT'nin yazdığı yanıtlar PerfectSens tarafından değil, OpenAI modelleri tarafından üretilir; yalnızca PerfectSens araçlarının döndürdüğü değerler ve kendi test koşularının sonuç özetleri Hizmet'ten gelir. Nişan testleri için masaüstü fare ve Pointer Lock gerekir; ChatGPT Pointer Lock'a izin vermezse ilgili test ChatGPT içinde ölçülemez ve perfectsens.com'da açılabilir.
5. Fikrî mülkiyet
Hizmet'in kodu, tasarımı, metinleri ve markası Ömer Bilgin Bilgili'e aittir. Hizmet'i kullanabilir ve kendi sonuçlarını paylaşabilirsin. Oyun adları ve markaları (ör. Valorant, Counter-Strike 2, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, Marvel Rivals, THE FINALS, ARC Raiders, PUBG) ilgili sahiplerine aittir. PerfectSens herhangi bir oyun yayıncısı veya OpenAI ile bağlantılı değildir, onlar tarafından onaylanmamış veya desteklenmemiştir.
6. Reklamlar ve üçüncü taraflar
Web sitesi Google AdSense reklamları gösterir ve üçüncü taraf sitelere bağlantı verir. Üçüncü taraf içerik ve hizmetlerinden sorumlu değiliz. ChatGPT uygulaması reklam göstermez.
7. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Hizmet ücretsizdir ve olduğu gibi sunulur. Araçlar, desteklenen oyunlar ve ChatGPT uygulaması dahil herhangi bir bölümünü istediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir, askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
8. Garanti reddi
Hizmet, yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk ve hak ihlali olmaması dahil açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde Ömer Bilgin Bilgili, Hizmet'in kullanımından veya kullanılamamasından doğan dolaylı, arızi, özel veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan, veri, sıralama, maç veya kazanç kaybından sorumlu değildir. Bu Şartlar, emredici tüketici hakları dahil, yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.

Verileri nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanır.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Şartlar, yaşadığın ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma kuralları saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
12. Şartlarda değişiklik
Bu Şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm "Son güncelleme" tarihinden anlaşılır; değişiklikten sonra kullanmaya devam etmen güncel Şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
