Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This policy covers the website perfectsens.com, the PerfectSens app for ChatGPT (the "ChatGPT app") and its server at mcp.perfectsens.com (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Ömer Bilgin Bilgili, the data controller. Contact: info@perfectsens.com.
2. Data we process

2.2 ChatGPT app
When ChatGPT uses a PerfectSens tool, our server receives only that tool's arguments: game, DPI, sensitivity, test id and mode, and — only if you press "Interpret my result" — a compact result summary (test id and version, your settings, measured scores, counts of valid measurements, input mode, and a random id for that run). We do not receive your name, email address, ChatGPT account, chat history, raw mouse movement or files.
The request is processed in memory to produce the answer and is not stored, logged as content, or used to build profiles. The interactive test panel may keep your settings and your last few result summaries in ChatGPT's widget state so they survive a reload of that panel. The panel loads fonts from Google Fonts and does not load analytics or advertising.
2.3 Server and hosting logs
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and its content delivery network keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested address, user agent, response code) to operate and secure the Service.
3. Legal bases
We process data to provide the Service you request and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving it (EU/UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f); Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") Art. 5(2)(c) and (f)). Where the law requires consent for analytics or advertising cookies, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients
- Hostinger — hosting and content delivery.
- Google — Analytics, AdSense (website only) and Google Fonts. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- OpenAI — when you use the ChatGPT app, everything shown in the conversation, including any result summary you choose to send, is processed under OpenAI's privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent personal data. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
5. Retention
- ChatGPT app requests: not kept after the response is sent.
- Browser local storage: stays on your device until you clear it.
- Google Analytics: user-level data is kept for the retention period set in our Analytics property (Google's default is 2 months).
- Hosting logs: kept by Hostinger according to its retention policy.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Because we hold no account data, most data can be removed by you directly:
- Clear your browser's site data to delete saved settings.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser, use Google ad settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Disconnect the PerfectSens app in ChatGPT's settings at any time.
For any other request write to info@perfectsens.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye: Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu; in the EU/UK: your national supervisory authority).
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
The Service is served over HTTPS. The ChatGPT app server accepts requests only for its own domain and stores no request content.
9. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and change the "Last updated" date. Significant changes affecting the ChatGPT app will also be noted on the support page.

2.2 ChatGPT uygulaması
ChatGPT bir PerfectSens aracını kullandığında sunucumuz yalnızca o aracın girdilerini alır: oyun, DPI, hassasiyet, test kimliği ve modu; ve yalnızca "Sonucumu ChatGPT ile yorumla" düğmesine basarsan kompakt bir sonuç özeti (test kimliği ve sürümü, ayarların, ölçülen skorlar, geçerli ölçüm sayıları, girdi modu ve o koşuya ait rastgele bir kimlik). Adını, e-posta adresini, ChatGPT hesabını, sohbet geçmişini, ham fare hareketini veya dosyalarını almayız.
İstek yanıtı üretmek için bellekte işlenir; içeriği saklanmaz, kaydedilmez ve profil oluşturmak için kullanılmaz. Etkileşimli test paneli, yeniden yüklendiğinde kaybolmaması için ayarlarını ve son birkaç sonuç özetini ChatGPT'nin widget durumunda tutabilir. Panel yazı tiplerini Google Fonts'tan yükler; analiz veya reklam yüklemez.
2.3 Sunucu ve barındırma kayıtları
Barındırma sağlayıcımız Hostinger ve içerik dağıtım ağı, Hizmet'i çalıştırmak ve güvenliğini sağlamak için standart teknik kayıtlar (IP adresi, zaman, istenen adres, tarayıcı bilgisi, yanıt kodu) tutar.
3. Hukuki sebepler
Verileri, talep ettiğin hizmeti sunmak ve Hizmet'i işletme, güvenliğini sağlama ve geliştirme yönündeki meşru menfaatimize dayanarak işleriz (6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") m. 5/2-c ve f; AB/BK GDPR m. 6(1)(b) ve (f)). Analiz veya reklam çerezleri için mevzuatın açık rıza aradığı durumlarda açık rızana dayanırız; rızanı istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin.
4. Aktarılan taraflar
- Hostinger — barındırma ve içerik dağıtımı.
- Google — Analytics, AdSense (yalnızca web sitesi) ve Google Fonts. Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan sitelerden gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığı.
- OpenAI — ChatGPT uygulamasını kullandığında, göndermeyi seçtiğin sonuç özetleri dahil sohbette görünen her şey OpenAI'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Kişisel verileri satmayız veya kiralamayız. Bu sağlayıcıların bazıları verileri Amerika Birleşik Devletleri dahil yurt dışında, kendi güvenceleri (ör. standart sözleşme hükümleri) kapsamında işler.
5. Saklama süreleri
- ChatGPT uygulaması istekleri: yanıt gönderildikten sonra saklanmaz.
- Tarayıcı yerel depolaması: sen silene kadar cihazında kalır.
- Google Analytics: kullanıcı düzeyindeki veriler Analytics mülkümüzde ayarlı süre boyunca tutulur (Google varsayılanı 2 aydır).
- Barındırma kayıtları: Hostinger'ın saklama politikasına göre tutulur.
6. Hakların ve tercihlerin
KVKK m. 11 ve bulunduğun yerin mevzuatı kapsamında kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanı geri alma haklarına sahipsin. Hesap verisi tutmadığımız için çoğu veriyi doğrudan sen silebilirsin:
- Kayıtlı ayarları silmek için tarayıcında site verilerini temizle.
- Çerezleri tarayıcından engelle veya sil; Google reklam ayarlarını ya da Google Analytics devre dışı bırakma eklentisini kullan.
- ChatGPT ayarlarından PerfectSens uygulamasının bağlantısını istediğin zaman kes.
Diğer tüm talepler için info@perfectsens.com adresine yaz. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (veya AB/BK'da ulusal denetim makamına) şikâyette bulunma hakkın saklıdır.
7. Çocuklar
Hizmet 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onların kişisel verilerini bilerek toplamayız. Bir çocuğun kişisel veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz, sileriz.
8. Güvenlik
Hizmet HTTPS üzerinden sunulur. ChatGPT uygulaması sunucusu yalnızca kendi alan adına gelen istekleri kabul eder ve istek içeriği saklamaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Uygulamalarımız değiştiğinde bu sayfayı ve "Son güncelleme" tarihini güncelleriz. ChatGPT uygulamasını etkileyen önemli değişiklikler destek sayfasında da duyurulur.
